Me to my friends when they have depression or anxiety: You are enough. You are better than the best. You are loved and cared about. The world is a better place with you in it. I love you unconditionally.
Me to myself when depressed: Just die already. Ugh.

  1. Try telling yourself the positive things you tell your friends when you feel that way, when it doesnt feel like things are gonna get better just by putting that positive thought in your head will help to make you feel happier in general. You deserve to want to be happy! xx
